Scope:
These terms and conditions regulate the participation in the association, events and the use of the services offered.
Membership & Contributions:
Membership and contributions are governed by the valid association regulations.
Events:
Contents, dates and places can be changed. Registered participants will be informed in good time.
Revocation/Cancellation:
Cancellations can be made in writing by e-mail to info@intellectsalon.ch take place. There is no right to a refund for short-term cancellations or no-shows. In justified cases, the Association may grant a partial refund at its own discretion.
Liability:
Liability for slight negligence is excluded; legally binding claims remain unaffected.
Copyrights/Photo/Video recordings:
Contents are protected by copyright. Photo/video recordings at events are only permitted with the consent of the persons concerned or the association.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
Adjustments will be published on the website; the relevant version is the current version.
Applicable law/Place of Jurisdiction:
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permissible – Zurich.
