What data do we process?
Contact and content data from forms (e.g. name, e-mail, message / "About me"), log data (IP address, time, user agent), communication data (e-mail correspondence, optional newsletter opt-in), as well as voluntarily transmitted information.
Purpose:
Association communication and membership administration, processing of inquiries, organization of events, sending of information/news, IT security and abuse prevention.
Legal documents:
Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSG / analog), pre-contractual / contractual measures, legitimate interest in a secure, functional website and club operation.
Recipients/Third-party providers:
Hosting/IT service providers (e.g. Swizzonic/server operation), e-mail/SMTP as part of the hosting, payment methods for membership fees/participation: TWINT, bank transfer, cash payment.
Storage period:
We process personal data only as long as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned or there are legal storage obligations; then deletion or anonymization.
Cookies/Tracking:
Only technically necessary cookies are used. Optional analysis/marketing cookies will not be used unless a separate consent solution is implemented.
Your rights:
